Please read this document carefully before using the 43000 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 43000 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 43000 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 43000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods including online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit Limits & Conditions
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on the 43000 platform and are subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions.
- All deposits are final and non-reversible once a transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the 43000 account holder.
- 43000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your chosen method — typically between one and three business days.

- Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users through unauthorised means.
43000 Liability Limits
The 43000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. 43000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruption, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.
5. Account Policies, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
43000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or conducted any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of account termination due to fraud or serious breach, account balances may be forfeited.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days following proper identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 43000 platform are the exclusive property of 43000 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 43000.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 43000 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers. 43000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussions within thirty days. If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution method.
